Give your views about the services at your GP practice

We are inviting our patients to take part in our new survey to find out what it has been like using services at our GP practice since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Everyone registered with our practice aged over 16 years is being sent a text message or letter with details of how they can complete the survey.

Our practice has continued to provide care and support to patients throughout this time, including seeing anyone who needs a face to face appointment.

To keep you and our staff free from COVID-19, all GP practices put in place some safety measures at the start of the pandemic - like asking you to telephone first and not drop-in, or offering telephone or video appointments.

Many of these measures are still in place in all NHS buildings, such as hospitals and clinics because COVID -19 is still circulating. They are also helping us to manage the growing number of patients contacting us for care and support.

We are working with NHS South Sefton Clinical Commissioning Group  (CCG) to ask for your experiences of services at our practice during this time.

Your views will help us to understand what has worked well, what has not and what will work in the future.
